What an absolutely outstanding company!
I work for The Welsh ambulance service, my electric garage door got jammed up and broke. Even with snow on the ground, they were at my property in just over an hour, fixed and repaired the door really quickly. I was able to get myself off to work and only a couple of hours late.

After a storm last weekend I gave Alun a call
To fix our barn roller door! He got straight on the case and viewed the situation the following morning. After discussing options we proceeded with the quote sent and the job completed the following day. Fantastic service , efficient and pleasant! Callum has helped us with our old garage door several times, even in a Christmas once. He gas now installed a new door for us and even took the time to match the colour to our front door. Nothing is too much work and all done in an efficient and friendly manner.

I just had to leave this review, originally bought the Roller Shutter door with this company many years ago. We had to rebuild the support pillars on the garage and replace the roof, guess what? We had a problem with the new open/close height.
Just one phone call to the office and the lady passed my number onto Alun who rang me back when he was free between fitting a door elsewhere, not only did he take the time to explain what I had to do to readjust the stop height and floor level stop position, he actually told me to call him back if I needed more advice.
This I did and again I cannot fault Alun with his patience with identifying and sorting my problem over the phone.
Cannot thank him and the office staff for their help, they didn’t have to but this is what we need today, a company that actually cares, brilliant aftercare, cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone.

AJ fitted my roller shutter door last year, with prompt, fast service.

Needed a call out from them as I dislodged the door off its roller. They were here within the hour as promised. Fixed the door easily with a professional manner!
