Very friendly but professional

Hannah and the team were very professional in their approach but very approachable. Hannah in particular was very helpful to me in dealing with issues with the venue as she had been there many times before. She was very calming and encouraging! Nothing was too much trouble both before the date and during. I would have no trouble in highly recommending them and we are very fortunate to have them as a local business.
