Despicable experience

By far the most unprofessional, rude, unhelpful people we have come across.
Not only did the van break down and they didn't offer us a new vehicle until we asked for one.. then then pressed us to make our way somehow to the premises to pick up vehicle and leave broke down vehicle with tools in. Provided us with a van way too small to hold our current materials for ongoing job, but then decided to collect broken down van and dispose off our materials and items in the back of van. Without a phone call, explanation they agreed to not charge us for that hire period to cover costs but 2 days later charged my card unauthorised for the full amount.

Disgusting service! Would not recommend.

I have used Alfa Hire on many occasions, from dealing with the girls on the phone when making a booking to picking up the van its such an easy and smooth process, the price on all occasions was competitive and the condition of the vans was second to none, even to the point i had a compliment from a lady in the petrol garage on how clean the Transit was.

I would recommend Alfa Hire to anyone locally who needs a van or car.
