Our ancient microwave finally stopped working after many years daily use. I looked for a simple to use replacement on the AF Thomas website as we have used them several times before & always got what we wanted.
There was just what we wanted in stock in the Abergavenny store, but it was closed because of corona virus. I spoke to the Newport office & they arranged for the manager (Linda) of the Abergavenny store to open up for 10 minutes so I could collect the microwave the same day. That's what I call Excellent Service

My wife and I had a bad experience with delivery and fitting by a large national store company when we last bought a washing machine. So when a new washing machine was required, we decided to buy local and went to A.F.Thomas Electricals in Newport. What a difference. We spoke to a member of staff who could not be more helpful and knew his business. He went of his way to find the right washing machine for us. We ordered and paid for fitting. The washing machine was delivered exactly at the time promised and was fitted by a professional who knew his job. A real pleasure to deal with A.F.Thomas. Will not go anywhere else for electrical products in future. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Purchased a new tumble dryer on Saturday. Quick, friendly and efficient service at the store Delivery day was set for Wednesday and the item was delivered at the agreed time Excellent

Yesterday I had my Blomberg built-in washing machine installed. Engineers weren’t just very good, they were excellent! They left it fitting perfectly aligned with my other cupboard. The previous machine had been installed by Currys, the machine was never installed properly and was totally out of alignment and “jumped” every time it spun. Currys also fitted my built-in fridge which initially was just as bad until another Engineer came back to rectify it. I will certainly have all my future built-in appliances from A F Thomas/Euronics. They are very competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable on their wide range of products. All in all I’m highly praiseworthy of this company. Many thanks to all at Newport.
