just to let you know ' DECORATIONS 4 U party shop went under new management 2 years ago and no longer trade as 'Decorations 4 u!!!
Customer was explained that even tho her balloons where for charity that we still had to charge for the cost of helium, however we did offer the customer a discount rate to inflate her balloons but she was still not satisfied and was expecting them to be inflated for free which we are unable to do. Here at ad party shop we are always professional and happy to help with charities and offer a discount rate for inflating balloons providing customer can provide proof that the balloons are to be used for charity. On this occasion customer was not happy as we couldn't offer a free service.
