Best Agent I have ever used, Alethea called over to value my property to rent I was so impressed that this company would look after my property I signed up, within days it was in line with In weeks let, checkin took place and the tenant been in 6 months, they have had three inspections already which made me feel they are about the let and the condition of my hime and no about the money that most agents are...
They act quickly on any questions I have and arranged a gas cert and ele checks all in-house. What else can I say “BRILLIANT” highly recommend this company to all my friends and family

From booking viewings to finding somewhere to live, the ADM team have done nothing but support me through any issues that popped up and believe me there were ones we couldn't fathom! Whilst experiencing a major change in circumstances & going through a horrible time, Sarah & Danielle continued to support the prompt completion. They were there to listen whenever stress took over and were not shy of offering a vast array of useful advice, on all things involved in the transition period. Prompt communication, supportive & friendly vibes from the outset, whilst having to remain thorough in the process I did not feel interrogated or judged; extremely important for someone with ADHD too, so I mean it when I say you’ve changed the course of my next few months for the better!
I have found this experience more like making a few good friends, never mind finding somewhere perfect for me to live for the tough months ahead. I would highly recommend their services for any moving related needs!

Having rented for many years, I have experienced varying degrees of professionalism & service when it comes to Estate Agents & their relationship and service to tenants.
However, it's a professional & effective estate agent that get's the level of support in the right balance for both landlord AND tenant and for me, this is where ADM stand out from many others.
ADM had been recommended to me. On my first contact with them they listened to my needs and requirements for the type of property I was looking for keeping me in the loop about what was available.
Cut to the quip - my ideal property was found. Their support in the run up to moving in and since has been A1. Anything reported to them get's sorted straight away with the landlord chased if not done asap. If I ever move again, I will ask Alethea to source me a new property as I'm happy to stay with them purely for the excellent service they provide. I cannot say enough good things about them & would recommend them to anyone else.
