Phoned for a repair on my washing machine, was told late morning which quickly turned to 3:30 - not a problem.

Adjusted my day waited in all day for a worker to show, ended up having to call the company to be told he was running 90 minutes late, a time I wouldn't be in. Didn't call to give me a heads up, and weren't apologetic - was due to pay £80 for 20 mins work too.

Terrible customer service, would avoid at all costs.

ADA came to the rescue when my 'new' food processor kept fusing the house. They were very friendly and resolved the problem quickly. Very reasonable price...I would recommend.
