A Class Driving School

Amazing thank you to paul for helping me pass first time!!

Patient, professional and punctual. Paul's wealth of knowledge and experience was pivotal on my journey to passing first time with just one minor. Paul's lessons always seemed perfectly tailored to what I felt I needed to improve and he was always more than happy to accommodate anything I thought I needed to practice. He never showed any frustration when I repeatedly made the same mistakes in lessons and also had a great instinct for sensing when I needed him to be serious and when I needed lifting with a joke or two. I would strongly recommend Paul and A-Class driving to anybody without hesitation.

Don't pay to this school for 30 hours with 1 payment, because if you will not get along with the instructor after first 3 hours and will decide that you can't use their service - they will keep your money, will not give you at least half of it, because they think that it's your problem and if you are not happy they don't have to make any normal decision to leave the customer happy. Don't use Richard's service if you know that you can't control your voice during the stressful situation, because he will warn you (because your money never gonna get back to you and you have no rights to get it) he is gonna to cancel your course any time you will sound not like he would like to hear. Will be no point to contact the school, because you have no rights to get your money or even to get the feeling they care about clients. So you gonna lose your money - almost £1000. So don't pay to this school if you know that you are stressful person.

I started to learn to drive a little later in life and was incredibly nervous. Will managed to put me at ease immediately with his very gentle and patient nature. His instruction was clear, concise and easy to follow. I passed my test first time with only 2 minors and that was all down to Will, i was thrilled! I thoroughly recommend Will to anyone learning to drive whatever their ability; he is the best!

As a nervous driver the instructor destroyed my confidence, kept emphasizing how difficult is to teach cyclists (me) and how bad his previous student had damaged his car, how much it had cost him! When I queried with the company to ask if we could change instructors or cancel further lessons they said they couldn't because they all are self employed and would be up to the instructor. Awful service, they should make clear on their website that is not a school, that each instructor is independent and runs its own school. I wouldn't recommend if you are a cyclist or a nervous driver. Maybe have a couple of lessons first and then see if that instructor is suitable.
