Known the business owner from the gym for a while and he's a friendly bloke who I've always enjoyed talking to. Never had him do any jobs for me until today, so this review is regarding his work skills. Had a boiler pack up a few days ago and had no hot water or heating at all. The plumbers I've used in the past seemed to have disappeared, so I thought I'd get in contact with Alex. The time was agreed and a basic quote done on the phone. Texted to let me know he was on the way soon before arriving at the agreed time. Was polite and friendly as always and wore a mask with this covid pandemic. Fixed the boiler in a couple of hours and provided the damaged parts that were needed. Rang me later to help with a minor issue which was soon sorted. Emailed me a receipt for the work and also guaranteed it. Turns out the bloke who's helped me many times in the gym, is also very highly skilled. More so than I realised and more so than the plumbers I've used in the past. Highly recommended
