CATASTROPHE
1I visit this garage to do service, MOT, and fit 2 tyres . When I was driving home I notice that something was rolling inside my tyres so I called, but the lady who picked the phone didn’t seem to be interested about it as the repeated answer was we are fully book for 2 week. Also I noticed the the oil that supposed to be changed was really black and when I popped back and talk with one of the mechanics said, that was normal as is a diesel car, but I just drove 50 miles and didn’t look normal to me, also the level was over the max .
I took the car there after 2 weeks when they booked me in( after the usual hustle to get a courtesy car because they said none of them has MOT) I ask them to fix the TPMS that they broke and also some juddering etc ( specifies in pictures next) they make the excuse that they can’t do anything to the TPMs because they can’t calibrate it and also didn’t offer me to pay the damages.
