Andrew measured and gave me a very good price for a new garage door including taking the old one away. The two fitters arrived when they said they would and the work was first class. I have been in retail all my working life and been in charge of fitters in another capacity, and the two fitters are amongst the best I have dealt with. If you want a replacement or repair look no further you will not get better than AC Garage Doors I guarantee you.

Highly Recommend

Had to have my garage door replaced after someone reversed into my old one. Went for a sectional door with an electronic mechanism. Had a slight issue with some rain water coming underneath the new door as the position of the door had changed. Andrew and Tom were absolutely fantastic and sorted the issue straight away with no additional charge. Very professional service with great aftersales. Can not thank them enough.

Good After Sales

I notice there is a couple of negative comments on after sales. We’ll speak as you find Andrew went beyond what he needed to put right a problem. I first made a complaint which in fairness it had to be reported to the manufacturer, they I must say I’m not impressed and refused to put right the issue. Andrew decided that claim was correct but the manufacturer wasn’t budging, so out of his pocket Andrew said not having this and paid for the part and had it installed as soon as part arrived. Thank you Andrew.

I MUST SAY IF ANY ONE IS LOOKING FOR A GARAGE DOOR OR DOORS , LOOK NO FURTHER , JASON AND JAMIE CAME ON TIME AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE ALWAYS SPOKE TO ME BY MY NAME , PLEASANT, POLITE, AND A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING IN MY HOME. JUST GOT ON WITH THE JOB , ON TIME START TO FINISH.

Very poor was just left with nothing a complete waste of time

Really looked forward to having a good roller shutter electric door , Tom attended smack on time to do the survey and that was the last I heard from A&C despite telephoning on two further occasions. Wouldn’t waste my time going there.

We feel this review is more than a little unfair, given how we tried to resolve your issues, to no avail. As stated we promptly attended site to measure, even with minimal staff due to the global pandemic. We admit we were a little slow getting back in contact with you as we were understaffed and over worked, again due to the global pandemic. When we were able to talk to each other you fairly pointed out that we had been slow to contact yourself, we apologised, explaining that we were short staffed and offered to give you the quote on the phone right then. You refused to receive the quote and instead insisted on berating one of our workers. We again apologised and asked how we could remedy the situation but all you wanted to do was cause a problem. This doesn't feel like a constructive review from a customer, this feels like an attempt to slight an honest company who did as much as they could for a potential customer during a pandemic.
