Appalling, unresponsive and completely unreliable
1Hi Linsey, Our apologies for the experience you have had with us recently. We are currently experiencing high demand for our services, but this is no excuse for poor service you received. I have looked into the matter and see you booked the appointment on the 26th July and we were due to arrive on the 27th July. Due to a miscommunication on our side, our representative did not attend at the correct time. I believe we tried to rearrange for later the same day, unfortunately, this was not convenient. We want to resolve this issue with you. Our director will email you directly, and hopefully, we can turn this negative experience into a positive one for you. Thank you for your comments.
