I contacted A Botfield Electrical Services to undertake some fault finding on external lights plus review my existing old style distribution board in a 1970's property ahead of completing a house condition report prior to selling onward.
Ashley visited and carried out some electrical inspections, checked all circuits and isolated the faulty light circuit discovered, assessed the old distribution board and then gave me all work options with their cost estimates.
I decided to have a new consumer unit fitted to fully comply with modern safety standards, and Ashley returned later on a convenient day to install and commission.
All work was carried out neatly and professionally and all internal work was undertaken with care and consideration. All NICEIC certificates for the electrical works and condition were forwarded on to me electronically and the final cost was as the estimate.

Ash came to install a power supply into my garage as well as fitting some lights and sockets in there too. He also installed some lighting in my loft. Ash was a pleasure to deal with and always explained exactly what he was going to be doing in an easy to understand way. After getting several quotes for the job Ash came out cheapest and clearly takes pride in what he does by ensuring that the work he does is as tidy as possible and that the place is left clean once he has finished. He also ensured that everything was done to regulation standard with the necessary certificates provided at the end. Will definitely be using Ash again for any electrical work that needs doing and comes highly recommended.
