I needed a new boiler and vent fitted. The engineer displayed a high level of knowledge and expertise, I was always kept informed throughout the entire process. I was notified in advance, this meant I was able prepare contingency plans for both the heating and hot water (especially with an elderly father and young kids).

The job was completed on time, and to a high standard. The new system was explained, paperwork completed too!

Any mess created was cleared by the engineer and was very impressed with the whole entire process.

He clearly takes pride in his work, his trade and his knowledge in the field is up to date. He's prices are competitive and reflect the very high standard

Excellent communication and service. We had a leaking boiler, Hanif was over the same evening and repaired the boiler the next morning. Excellent advice also given. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

after contacting Hanif about my noisy radiators,he was here the next day as promised and resolved the problem.....no fuss and very polite.and a fantastics service.... a coustesy call the same evening to double check the work provided by his company.....i couldnt have got a better service anywhere else...highly reccomended

I called about my broken boiler at 11 am. Despite them saying they were busy they came over around 2pm. Fixed the boiler, and got the parts on the same day. They also installed a new cooker for me the same day which I asked while they were here. The charges were very fair and the were very nice people. I would highly recommend.
