2 x Unrelated problems solved in a professional manner

I have used Abba now for 2 separate issues.

Once last summer for a simple ant problem which i probably could have dealt with myself but it was quite a big problem so called in these guys to come to the rescue. Problem solved overnight.

Second time just a couple of weeks ago and we had a mouse problem - a somewhat more difficult issue. Again they came to the rescue. Not solved overnight, i don't think that's possible with a mouse problem (unless you catch them). Everything was all sorted by the second visit.

I never write reviews on websites but i felt compelled to after reading the rubbish someone has written on here about harassment. Abba and specifically, the chap who came round each time were total professionals. John is a true gentlemen, very professional and clearly has a wealth of experience. He knew the job inside out, always answered the phone straight away and had the utmost respect for my home on every occasion. No hidden costs, no nonsense, no problems and highly recommended.

PROFESSIONAL MAN

I have been using this gentleman for many years as we are an Estate Agents and have found him very reliable. He is a lovely guy and I highly recommend him to anyone needing to use Pest Control.

Lovely Man

I couldn't recommend this gentleman more he was absolutely brilliant me my mum and daughter were so worried after hearing noises in our loft and he quickly found the problem and put our minds at rest and now two weeks later we are all back to normal.

I find the negative review on here very hard to believe and untrue

Constant harassment

Would definitely not use again, he visited our rental property once and then continuously rang and rang and rang our mobiles, home phone and tenants in the rental property, sometimes 8 times a day. I tried to pay him the minute he did the job and he said no, lets wait to check they are gone. He then rang yesterday and asked for payment and I said no problem I would transfer the money. Less than 24 hours later he has rung my home phone 3 times and my mobile phone 7 times between 10.10pm and 10.16pm
