Had enough of there tiresome excuses

ordered my floor on the 4th its now 18th they kept giving me the run round saying the suppliers fault they forgot about it now they say it will be next week so i gave them 2 days to pull there finger out and get it sorted or i will take my cash to someone who is reliable.

Great Carpets,flooring and Furniture and very good prices, i bought a bed from them over 10 years ago and its still as good as new,right down to helping you choose to the fitting they are a great bunch very helpful and always tidy up after themselves and quick delivery and fitting i couldnt recommend this place enough

GO ELSEWHERE

NEVER use this joke of a company. Fitters are poor and don't do the job properly. Manager is cocky and has no customer service skills, constantly fobs you off when their own work needs rectifying and then blame the customer. Even tells you to take them to trading standards. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would

My first experience was they turned up and fitted the wrong carpet because they didn't have my carpet in stock after I paid for it... second time they promise I'll have my rooms fitted properly in between the school run yet no show 😡😡

They have fantastic customer service, quick deliveries and they are very helpful..i was told by a friend about this store and they have so much great stuff at great prices they have all the same as the big stores such as dfs but at much better value...i brought a shoe rack and a standing mirror/jewellery holder it was quick delivery considering my items were not in stock at first. very happy with my purchase. :)
