I rang this company yesterday to come and look at my washing machine. Within a couple of hours they came and right away the engineer knew what the problem was.
It was fixed within 30 minutes and l was more than happy with the cost. I would highly recommend this company for their efficient service.

Highly recommended father and son family business. I can’t fault the service which I received from start to finish. They turned up when they said they were going to, gave me half an hours notice before arrival, checked broken machine, ordered, collected, delivered, installed the new machine and took away the old one all in the same day. Their prices were highly competitive, they got me the new machine for less than most of the shops were selling it for. I wish all companies were as efficient and reliable as A and E Dowler.

Jamie called to repair my washing machine which was beyond repair. He recommended a model which had great reviews online. He returned the following morning with the new machine, plumbed it in and explained all the various programmes. Jamie gave me an appointment time and contacted me on both occasions to say he was on his way. This was great as it saved the usual hassle of waiting in all day for tradesmen. I highly recommend A & E Dowler and will always use them in the future for any repairs. The new washing machine is great and the price was the same as other online retailers. Thank you Jamie.
