Make sure you have written evidence of your order before it is delivered. I went into their yard and bought a large quantity of 40mm welsh blue slate. They delivered 20mm slate. I then spent an hour shovelling the tonne that had already been tipped into a couple of spare bulk bags. When rang I was told they had recorded a purchase of 20mm grade slate and that the 40mm was going to be an extra £10.00 per tonne. Not a great customer experience.

Purchased the Sandstone Light Grey paving and was extremely pleased with the excellent service and advice received by all A&C staff.
Tom was very helpful and patient with the numerous questions I had to ensure that I made the right choice.

Have ordered numerous times from A and C and never had any issues. Deliver always when they , very friendly and accommodating staff and good prices. Great range of aggregates too, especially pleased they stock local slate in bulk. Will continue to shop with them as long as I have renovating to do! Highly recommended.
