Prompt, Courteous and Professional job

I called A & C two days ago to have them come out and help an Elderly friend of mine. She loves her evening tv and with all the signal changes in her area I couldn't fix it for her, I'm not climbing my but* up onto roof and breaking my neck. Ryan went out the next day and got all her sorted out. She is most pleased with his work and I am most pleased because now she is happy. Thanks so much for doing such an awesome job.

Very impressive service. Solved an issue and made BT look like complete amateurs.
