A great find of a proper family business.
5My first experience was an impromptu query simply regarding binding the edges of a small piece of carpet, which I had no knowledge of even being a service. I immediately was greeted with a warm & professional welcome from Jack, who I later learned was one of a very small team, the others being members of the very family that founded the shop.
I have witnessed & experienced their dedication to supplying & fitting services but also a commendable no-pressure approach to actually helping to make things cost effective - refreshing these days.
The business owner Wayne kindly takes his time to always say hello and you can really sense the pride that's also shared by his family Thomas, Charlotte and Diane.
As I said, proper family business.
The shop & warehouse opposite are well presented with lots of solutions but the people are what make it.
