Late and Expensive

Was told it would be 10 mins and it ended up being 25 mins. 1.3 miles and was charged £8, normal price is £4.50.
Shame, as we were looking to place an account with a local firm.

No show taxi

I booked a taxi with this firm the night before for an early morning pick up they didn't show up nor did they call I waited 15 mins then had to walk half hour in the pitch black I was upset and quite scared walking the streets in the very early hours and was late for work
