This review follows a terrible experience where they did such a bad job, it will cost much more to fix it than they charged. Everything they put on has to be removed and replaced as it was either wrong for the kind of building, inadequate or just poor workmanship. This includes inappropriately fitted verge caps, square and round parts fitted together, uneven cuts, leaking gutters etc. In one case an asbestos cement sheet was left damaged and exposed, a health risk. This has been confirmed in an independent surveyor’s report and there is a possibility of further unseen damage to the building caused by the work done badly. They have failed to respond to my letters and the next move must be to consider court action. I only employed them because they had glowing reviews and in particular were claiming accreditation to the NFRC. When I called the NFRC to complain about the work, they checked & confirmed they are not members and said that they take misuse of their logo very seriously

Avoid at all costs !!

these guys are definitely not trades people suggest work that does not need doing and over priced poor standard of work and does not last take my advice and keep clear

This company fitted new facias and guttering to my property. The guttering has not got enough brackets so it has twisted and warped and the rain just runs down the wall, the joints leak and the guttering does not reach the end of the property. The workmanship is sub standard and not fit for purpose. He does not come back to sort it when he says he will, that's when he can be bothered to answer the phone. You have been warned.

Total rip-off.
Quoted a small repair job which doubled in price by the end with no explanation. Wanted payment straight away when the work was not complete. Work carried out was not acceptable nor safe . Disposed of roof ridges and tiles on next doors roof rather than disposing safely as they thought no one would see. Damaged various aspects of my property including the roof they came to fix by not protecting it, walking up and down all over it which has subsequently meant I need to replace the full roof due to their damage. Complete disregard for Health and Safety and people's property. Won't return emails, messages or phone calls.
The above is just the tip of the ice berg as I only have limited space to write but I will say is this, I can honestly say I have never met such an un-professional contractor in my entire life, these people should not be allowed to trade. If I could share the pictures of the damage they have caused I would.
