Shocking Customer Service..Putting Phone Down on Enquiries!!

Taxi to Venue booked & when half an hour late..extremely aggressive & confrontational desk contact put the phone down when we were trying to supply booking details etc.
Return Journey.. 45 Minutes & No Taxi.. Rude Office Staff Put Phone down TWICE & Still no Taxi. This left my fellow female friend who had booked this & I, (I’m Actually Terminally Ill from Cancer & Unable to Stand Outside & Wait for Long) in a very Vulnerable Situation.. No Taxi ever arrived & we had to call on Relatives to. Pick us Up..DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Avoid at All Cost!

Extremely late and didn’t tell the truth

We pre-booked a taxi to take us for a night out and then collect us at the end of the night. It collected us on time to take us and which was great.

On the way home we had pre-booked a taxi to collect us at 1 (the venue closed at 1). At 1:10 it still hadn’t arrived. When I rang up I was told it was 3-4 mins away. At 1:20 we were still waiting. He told me again it was close by. At 1:30 I rang again to be told he’d send another car. By this time everyone else had left apart from another couple who had been waiting 45 minutes for a taxi from the same company!

At 1:35 we ended up getting in another taxi because it was so windy and cold. When you pre-book a taxi you expect it to come on time- not 45 minutes late!

I don’t understand why they couldn’t be honest with us when I first rang up to ask where the taxi was. 3-4 minutes was a lie!!! There was no apology and I definitely will not be using this company ever again!

AVOID!!!

Very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional attitude from dispatchers. My partner forgot her mobile in one of their cars on Friday, since then the dispatchers lied to her that the driver would return it the next day but no one came to deliver it. They refused to give us the mobile number of the driver and stopped answering our calls. We were forced to contact the police and are now awaiting the outcome.

I’ve used this taxi firm for a lot of years for short journeys around the town.In recent times I’ve used them for longer journeys to Heathrow Airport and must say the cars have always been clean the drivers very courteous and professional and most of all punctual and very reasonable and competitively priced thanks again

Avoid Rob.. the 'self employed, pay more or leave'

Quoted a price to return from a night out, taxi arrived (Rob), he wasn't happy with the price on his booking confirmation so turned off the engine until we agreed to pay more. We didn't agree so he messaged and told whoever that we were refusing to get out of his car (1:30am in Mansfield).. they sent another car, in the pouring rain, who took us to our homes (Simon) - thank you! Despicable behaviour Rob.. imbecile!
