We offer an extensive range of treatments both on the NHS and privately.

At 606 Dental we have six fully equipped surgeries and an experienced team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding dental treatment at all times.

First class treatment from Aakash Masani and his assistant Daniyal. The procedure was swift, painless and professional all wrapped up with a caring, concerned attitude. I am certainly happy to continue being treated by Aakash.

Always had a good experience at this practice.
I came here as the last dental practice I went to was not very good at all. Had some awful experiences there.
My dentist Daniel is excellent. Likewise my hygienist Sally.
I have finally found a good dental practice.

Polite receptionist lovely hygenist /dentist.

Just been for a check up, polite and helpful receptionist.
Then an extremely friendly,and polite dentist/hygienist, think Anita.Asked me lots of questions and showed concern about some of my previous dental problems.Full examination and then
gave some advice.Lovely young lady.
Will return in 6 months for another checkup.

Receptionists are so rude. It’s always so difficult to get an appointment. Mine got cancelled after I had already left for the surgery (dentist ill, which I appreciate happens). This was after waiting a few months for this appointment and trying to rebook was impossibly difficult - not helped by the attitude of the receptionist. At one point she laughed at me. Her tone was abrupt and rude. Obviously I’m going to be annoyed the appointment got cancelled as i’d already commuted to the surgery, so surely a receptionist needs to be more understanding, helpful and empathetic.

I do apologise that your experience was not to standard and that you felt you were laughed at, I can assure you this was not the case however I will feed your comments back to the team to ensure this is noted with all of the reception team. It is very difficult when having to cancel a day of patients and the staff had come in early to try and contact everyone before they started their journey to the practice but clearly they did not get to you in time. Apologies for this.

It is very difficult when having to cancel a day of patients and the staff had come in early to try and contact everyone before they started their journey to the practice but clearly they did not get to you in time. First visit!

First visit - Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend this pls e to anyone , first impressions last ! Took my 7 year old boy in for a new patient check up. Was told to wait outside for 10 mins in the sun , given that I’m 6 months pregnant I knocked and asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait , she was not very pleasant and suggested I waited in the e car! Any way got in after 20 mins of waiting outside . Dentist was so rude and asked me so many irrelevant questions ! The fist thing he said was why are you here? Surely you must know it’s a new patient check up! Or they don’t bother to take notes on the phone when booking patients in, clearly people using the NHS are just numbers to them and no priority ! I explained a little about my boys teeth, it was a very uncomfortable first meeting and not a great first impression. The dentist made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable.Definitely will not be taking my boy again.

I apologise that your first experience within the practice was not to our normal standards, unfortunately due to Covid restrictions patients are still having to wait outside of the practice, however we have discussed exceptional circumstances such as yourself and have opened up the garden at the rear of the practice for patients to sit in. In regards to the dentists question style he did of course know you were there for a check up he was asking if you had any specific reasons for booking such as pain etc. We do have other dentists within the practice that would be delighted to see you and your son should you so wish for your next appointment. I apologise you were kept waiting we are a very busy practice and sometimes this can happen. As a dedicated NHS practice you are certainly not "just a number" we care for all of our patients. We hope to see you again at your next appointment.
