60 61 Cars

Have been let down for the 3 Rd time.with no show.was once amazing company.but feel have a problem .some where.try and get back on track guys.

You’d think that when you book a taxi to take you to the train station the taxi firm would understand that trains leave at specific times. Not 60 61. After the taxi was more than 5 minutes late and getting a vague ‘he’s on his way’ when I rang I had to quickly drive down. They’re often ok but you can’t always rely on them if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. I use all the local firms and 60 61 has let me down more often than anyone else.

Got quoted £73 for our trip from Rugeley to Stafford on a bank holiday return! Thought this is amazing! Perfect! Booked it for 3.15 pickup from Stafford but they double booked us so we had to be picked up at 2.45 but the driver was 10 minutes late and then went on to blame us for him being late! We had 3 drop offs and he made a young girl walk a main road at 3.20am on her own to get home, then went on to do the exact same thing to another girl in the taxi 5 minutes later! And when asked to drop her off at her house to be safer he refused and said he was running late! Which I understand however safety comes first, we paid to be dropped off where we said and he didn't. Really not happy!
