Extremely bad: they can not keep their promises.
After receiving a broken part (purchased from ebay) I gave them a bad review.
They called and asked me to remove my review and in return they would refund to me.
I removed my review but these people have a difficulty keeping their word and so for me they are unreliable business men.
Still after many weeks I have not received their refund.
What happened with "gentlemen's agreement"

I purchased a multi media unit from this supplier at the end of January 23, It did not work, so I returned it to them, they then returned the same unit to me which was still not working. The unit was once again returned to them and I have made numerous phone calls to them for my money to be returned, after 2 months plus I still have not received any money back. Speaking to Mr Mohammed on several occasions and sending my requested bank details he has not returned my payment of £210.00 This is a supplier not to be trusted in my opinion.

avoid this company at all costs !! no communication at all, I've returned an item and had no refund , I've tried thru ebay , and this company just ignores everything, DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company, they should be investigated tbh.

At the moment I am awaiting a repayment for goods supplied but were the wrong part. I have returned the Item and phoned them, Aisha said He would repay through EBay but no luck yet. That is reflected in the score.
