Needed a taxi home for me my friend and her baby Rang up to order taxi being told one would be with us straight away waited 20 minutes rang up to see where the taxi was was told its right around the corner rang up again to say that taxi had not arrived still after a further 10 minutes to which the person in the phone told me to and I quote "stop f#%king calling to see where the taxi is go f#%k yourself and use another f#%king taxi firm" then hanged up on me luckily we rang 544444 and they managed to get a taxi to us in 5 minutes And was £4 cheaper than what this firm quoted
