Late and rude

My gf booked a cab to Euston so she could catch a train for a meeting in Birmingham didn't bother to call to tell her it was cancelled and when they did finally bother to call 30 mins late it wasn't to apologise it was to say she could share scan which was going past basically to make more money
Then to top it off when she gave them a piece of her mind they were rude to her

Use them regularly either on my own or with little ones. Friendly service. Clean cabs. Never had a bad jouney with them and they are always on time. I am someone who prefers not to engage in small talk and the drivers seem to have no problem with that! Standard pricing for a London minicab service.
