The taxi didn’t show and my sister missed her train. 500 Cars didn’t care or apologise

*Do not use this taxi company - the taxi didn’t show and my sister missed her train. The company did not apologise, did not care, and refused to take a remedial action.*
My sister used this company - she had a train to catch at 18:37 and booked the taxi at 17:44. She was told 10-15 min. At 18:13 the taxi still wasn’t here. I called to ask where it was, was told stuck in traffic 3-4 min. At 18:30 still no taxi. I called again and was told the driver said we were a no-show. I asked how can that be when we’ve been stood outside the house since 6pm. Suddenly the story changed and apparently the driver said we had called to cancel??!
My sister missed her train and couldn’t get a refund on the ticket. The company refused to reimburse us for the ticket even through this was entirely their fault. They did not even apologise or offer to waive the taxi fare for the next taxi. Absolutely disgraceful, will never use this company again and don’t recommend anyone else does.

Ready to pay extra then the quoted price

I booked a taxi for my airport pick up, the taxi arrived before my flight (because the taxi driver has an airport drop off) and I was charged extra to pay for the airport parking even though I was out form the airport in 40 minutes. You will think it is good rate but actually you end up paying more

Aggressive driver

Was aggressively yelled at and insulted by a driver for simply making a mistake to which I immediately apologized constantly and took accountability on my part. As someone whose used this taxi service numerous times, this has been a real eye-opener as to the type of individuals employed at this service. The 'booker' of course passively listened to my 'complaint' and gave a dismissive apology. Will never be using this service for my safety.

Disgusting

I ordered a cab to arrive by 4:40 which they said it will be fine, the driver arrived about 7-8 minutes later than it was supposed to arrive, then when we got to destination I had to give out my card details as they don’t accept apple pay, the driver put them wrong about 3 times and he was laughing that my card is not working just to find out after that it was him not being capable of putting 3 numbers down correctly, my ride was to train station which leaded to me missing my train aswell after paying £9 for cab. Tried to call and complain but they don’t want to hear it!
