Not always reliable.

Sometimes great, but recently less so. Taxi booked, but when it didn't turn up, after being told it was 'on its way' the guy on the phone claimed there hadn't been a booking in the first place.
At least be honest when mistakes are made and don't get stroppy with the caller.

Absolute joke

Booked a taxi several hours in advance. Taxi did not arrive. After 10 minutes I called to find out what was happening. When the operator took my call someone in the background said "been and gone", this was repeted by the operator. We were waiting on the doorstep. This company is incompetent and dishonest. This has happend to my parents, Dart who they took over were reliable. After this experience I will not be using this company again. If I could give less than one star I would. Because of their incompetence we were late for our meeting.

Appealing breach of safeguarding

Transported a vulnerable autistic child despite being requested not to by parents then left him alone 100miles away from the pick up point in the early hours of the morning having taken his mobile phone as payment- his one lifeline . Appalling disregard of safeguarding.
