5 Star Taxis

Was gonna use the prepaid service, they said i didnt show up 2x when i was standing in the window, waiting for them for 70 minutes. when i phoned they didnt just send another taxi, but told me to call the hospital etc to arrange another, an extra 30 min wait when i was already an hr late from my apt bcs of them. They didnt rectify their huge mistake and laziness of their driver smoothly, but put more hurdles up when i am a cancer patient wanting to just get to my apt. They got me so wound up and stressed, last thing i need! Why does the NHS use a company with such low reputation?

Dreadful. Avoid if you can. In fact, even if you can't

I phoned the firm at about 10.30 tonight (Friday)and was given pick up time of 10.38. I spoke to them at 10.50ish and was reassured I would get text when on way. Got text. 20 mins later I called checking where taxi was and told probably taxi driver went home and not sure when next one might be. Told we should expect text. But refused to call me back to confirm there would def be a taxi because 'too busy'. Appalling service. We gave up. Would not recommend at all

They said the had sent 2 taxies when sent none. Not rectified it when i complained.
