I recently had a roof replacement done with this company.
from the start they were clear on overall price unlike some previous companies who came quoted and said I may need rafters.
they are honest ,fair and reliable they delivered excactly what they said. I can't fault their work. I now have a beautiful new roof. I knows it was done properly.

Highly recommend this company .
They came to fix my roof and also replaced some roof tiles.
They charged a lot less than two other quotes I got .
They gave me warranty with the job which is a bonus.
Definitely recommend them.

Great finally no roof leak

Happy to say i had a wonderful experience with this company.
From start i got a clear understanding of the work needed doing and the cost of it.
I got a written quotation.
All work was carried out as expected and i was highly satisfied as previous roofers did not do the repairs as needed as i had leaks still.
Now i am finally leak free.
They also cleaned up and disposed of the rubbish which was a bonus.

Wonderful team they did a repair to my house in the bad weather before Christmas haven't seen a problem since and they did a payment plan as I hadn't all the funds really am delighted with them.

Misled to secure business

Having received quotations from several roofers to fix my flat roof, I went with 5 Star roofing even though they were £1000 more expensive as I was promised both guarantee and manufacture’s warranty/certificate in writing, as advised by the NFRC.

2 months later I still have not received the manufacturer’s warranty with all sorts of excuses. I was even lied to that they had called the manufacturer and the certificate will be sent in the post.

I believe 5 Star roofing lied to me in order to secure the bussiness and I now have no proof if they used the high quality resin they claimed they would.
