From the start to the completion of the task, I must say this company lives up to its name. The communication was very good and informative from the moment that I submitted a request. Bookings were made within a few hours and confirmed, additionally receiving a telephone call prior to arrival. The engineer (Lee) who attended my appointment was very knowledgable and explained all in a manner that I was able to comprehend. Lee even went further by advising me on other matters that I had raised within my home. Lee was a very pleasant, understanding and attentive man who couldnt do enough to ensure that I was happy. It was a pleasure to have Lee attend my home. If you take nothing else away from my review then please be assured that the company lives up to its name as I received a 5 Star Service. Thankyou Lee, and I will be recommending you to family and friends.

Lees a saint

Lee is a saint and a superhero who uses his powers for good. l asked if he could have a look at my boiler as the heating hasn't been working for quite a while. And he managed to work his magic in seconds. He also didn't even charge me and was so respectful. This man is a true honest gentleman who wouldn't rip a soul off and is an absolute rare credit to society. I couldn't thank this guy enough 🙏

Would Not Use Anyone Else

Lee come out to my 87yr old nanna, same day, really looked after her after she was messed around by a big company. She was told information which was incorrect and asked Lee for a new boiler system. After he looked at it he assured her there was nothing wrong with the boiler and it was in fine working order. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. Wouldn't use anyone else
