5 Star Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

We would highly recommend this small family company and, front of house is Joan. She arrived on time to give us an all inclusive estimate and we were very impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. She showed us the Company's insurance documents etc so we knew 5 Star was an established and bona fide business. Also very helpful are print outs of companies and others to inform of new address, We also liked the fact that the cleaning materials used were not harmful chemicals especially as the 2 sofas being cleaned were of a delicate upholstery.

Joan noticed that our sofas were sagging a little and the matching cushions needed a bit more padding and readily came up with a solution - she came back after the sofas were cleaned by hubby rectified the sags and padding and would not take anything for her time and work, she even collected the padding for us. What a difference she had made to them, amazing. Joan would not take any money for her extra work!!!! How very kind.
