Bad experience over 100 pound to change batterys when i was at work they charged my wife if you got any sense you will book someone else

Happy with my alarm but the only problem is
They fitted the control box in a electric cupboard and you can't hear the siren when it goes off properly

The engineer is impolite, unfriend, and impatient. Untidy and not professional. To be fair, no concerns on the alarm system so far.

I had a wireless alarm fitted last week by 5 star alarms. I must say I am over the moon with the service , from the lady in the office to the alarm engineer who fitted it. The alarm system is great and very easy to use would highly recommend
