You owe me near £900 – 12 weeks money; I am getting this in before the receipt of any letter from yourselves.
Your NEGLIGENCE caused me severe hardship and immense distress. I starved and ended up living in a ditch – my legs became ulcerated.
To do with this, whilst in the USA I was involved in a major car accident and the Courts in New Jersey gave me a permanent injury award for damage to my vertebrae / neck / Jaw. My Jaw had’ had to be rebuilt. I was having treatment three times a week for two years and was given a TENS UNIT TO MANAGE PAIN. I am limited as to what I CAN DO WITH MY NECK AND SHOULDERS.
I was treated by the same Doctor as President Bush and the evidence was supported by MRI’S.
When I finally got to meet you, you will remember I was unable to stand easily and was taking Temazepam prescribed by Finchley Memorial Hospital – I had had’ a prolonged period of bed rest, I could not even lift my leg. Yes caused by that ditch and having been made homeless as a result of no money.
The Job Centre in Finchley Central were aware of all of this at that time.
I TRIED TELLING THEM I NEVER RECEIVED YOUR LETTER BUT I WAS STILL SANCTIONED – NO CARE FOR MY POSITION – THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED YOUR SYSTEM.
THE ONE YOU UPDATED IN FRONT OF ME WHEN YOU FOUND OUT RECENTLY THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE ADDRESS (I have recently been told any changes are logged by a relevant Government Office – so a denial would be Fraud)
They contracted you so ultimately I will have to sue them, doubtless they will view your Company in a new light.
You were the ones at fault, you should have checked the system before reporting a failure to attend.
Money you owe no-one has a right to dictate its course , it should have been paid, and would not have been subject to interference.
IT WOULD HAVE ASISTED IN GETTING ME BACK TO THE USA.
It should be paid to me directly.
The Parking fine that I have is being paid on a weekly basis, which is satisfactory to any Court as it is known people need money to live on – I am on very limited means.
I am demanding in LAW as is my LEGAL RIGHT DAMAGES of £5000 – you have 10 days.
- on top of the amount owed FOR SEVERE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HARSHIP – THE CONSEQUENCES OF WHICH WERE FORSEEABLE.
I WAS BEING PAID BY SIMPLE PAYMENT WITH NO BANK ACCOUNT AND OWNING NO PROPERTY. It was clear I was vulnerable.
If this is not resolved fast I will issue proceedings as of Monday 2nd November 2015
Lastly any retaliation will be noted yes I slept in that
