The best garage ever! Go above and beyond.

Today we received the best customer care service from Five Ashdown Garage, Uckfield.
My starter motor packed up at around 2: pm and Lisa straight away set out to get it sorted for us. Within 2 hours we had a new starter motor delivered and fitted. This was all covered by the extended warranty we took out with them.
A truly wonderful and caring family business.

Great service from start to finish

Found my car through the AA website which directed me to 5 Ashdown Garage. From the point I logged an enquiry through to the purchase and collection, I cannot fault the service. The car was exactly as described, and John even pointed out a minor defect that I hadn't noticed (this was rectified prior to purchase). I was left to look at the car in my own time, although someone was on hand to answer any questions, and we were able to test drive. They completed a service, and arranged tax on the new vehicle prior to collection. It couldn't have been easier. Great service from start to finish!

Exceptional for beginning to end - thank you!

I have just purchased a vehicle from 5 Ashdown garage and it was a real pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. It is a small family run garage (I believe) that offer excellent service and quality vehicles. John was exceptionally patient and understood that buying a car was a big purchase and that the vehicle has to be right for you. I test drove quite a few before settling on the right car for me but nothing was too much trouble and I never once felt like John was being pushy or angling for me to ‘sign up’. Additionally, all of the cars he offered me have been of top quality, low mileage, ‘straight and honest’ cars at very competitive prices.
I would definitely recommend 5 Ashdown to anyone looking to buy a used car!

THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR

I can't recommend this garage enough. I went to view a car and ended up buying it the same day. John was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, left you alone to look over the car, but available to answer any questions you may have.

On collection the car had been fully serviced and valeted and was immaculate on inspection, there was petrol in the car and the car tax had been done, courtesy of Lisa. Before I drove away, Lisa spent time showing me how things worked and even paired my phone for me, very grateful for that, and thank you so much for doing the change of number plate, your help was invaluable.

If you want to buy a car from honest people in a relaxed and professional environment this is definitely the place to go. I will always buy my future cars from this garage. A truly fantastic family run business.
