Absolutely disgusting with not a care on service whatsoever. We pre booked 8 seater taxi services 5 days in advance. They phoned me with less than 20 mins for the pick up time stating that they did not have any 8 seater vehicles available, or any. I then said can they send 2 x 4 seater in which they said they could, 5 minutes later they called back saying that they could not even provide 1 car and for least 2 hours. Very much ruined our day just glad it was not an airport run - absolutely shocking.

this company does not have a licence, the guy is a fraud the original company Viking cars 511 is the best in slough, look it up on google. if you want to contact them the number is 01753 511 511.

Friendly and efficient service. They turned up as requested and the prices were good and as quoted. I was advised in advance on New years day that an extra charge would be levied which I had expected but nice to be told. Overall great service.

I booked a ride with them at 5 AM to catch a train and at 5.10 they give a call back saying that the system has crashed and could not send you. The explanation when asked was 'accident happens' with no apology and he put the phone down. I will not use them again. Absolutely disgraceful service and utterly undependable...

Rang up and asked how much it would be for taxi was quoted a price. When we got in the taxi driver was very rude and told us our young toddler was not allowed to sit on our lap as it states on gov.com and would have to use a booster seat and told us it was illegal if we did not do as he said. He placed the siitcases above her head, if we had crashed they would have landed on her or she would have gone through the windscreen. He also told us of additional charges, when we rang the office they said yes there are additional charges. We wouldnt have minded if we had been told on the phone when origanlly quoted but we did not have the extra monet. He told us we did not love our child of we did not do as he said. We had to get out early as could not afford extra charges and walk home late at night. He snatched the money and said i have to snatch from your people. Have used this company for years no problems but will never use again so angry at the service.😠
