4x4 Development

We was recommended to go to see Dave at 4x4 development regarding an issue with my daughters Land Rover . We found him to be very knowledgable, upfront and honest . We were delighted with the service and advice we received and will now be coming to him with all of our cars if he will accept them (he’s very busy) can’t speak highly enough of our experience that day . Had serious issues with my vehicle according to leading Land-rover specialist who wanted to charge me for “ further investigations”!. Visited 4x4 and Dave immediately identified the minor issue and rectified it, can’t rate the quality of service high enough!

Due to the phenomenal service last time from Dave at 4x4 Development, I went back with my new (second hand) RR Evoque to get it seen to regarding a flat spot on acceleration.
Dave had the car for the whole day so that he could test his remedial work.
I had the car back yesterday and it may as well be a brand new car.
It's nothing like it was before.
The flat spot is gone, the gear change is far better, and the fuel economy has gone up by 4-5 mpg in my rather short test so far.
What a transformation this is.
Seriously, if you live in the West Midlands, and you have a Land Rover of any kind or age, and you're fed up of Dealerships fobbing you off with either made up problems are telling you there isn't one when there is, I urge you with the strongest of shoves to give 4x4 Developments a call.
You will not regret it.
What Dave doesn't know will fit on a postage stamp. And that would probably be how to fix his PC.
Highly recommended doesn't come close. Second time around

Listers (Droitwich), we can't find a fault in your car but we will charge you £90 for a modification we have done that made NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL!
Another local Landrover 'specialist' M-ight J-ust A-void in the future.... Said "We've test driven your car and it drives exactly how it should."

Dave at 4x4 Development test drove it and came back and said "That's not right"
EUREKA! The first person to agree with me that something is wrong.
Dave's gut feeling was a problem with a sensor. He worked some magic and for way less than Listers charged for a fix that made NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL! - The car is like new. Pull away delay about eradicated now and much, much more responsive.

Cannot recommend 4x4 Development highly enough.
They actually do try to help. Others just say they did.
And best of all, Dave is a really nice, genuine person.
They have my business in the future.
