With over 70% of our staff dedicated to technical support, incredible 24/7/365 service sits at the forefront of what we do. In 2017, we celebrated our data centre’s tenth year in operation. This also marked our tenth year without dropping a critical load in any of our data centres and consistently delivering 99.999% uptime on our core network.
