4319 Fountain Care

We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and caring team to care for our Dad. They showed such patience, kindness and compassion. No task was too much trouble. They were cheerful and spent time talking to the rest of the family as well. It was a pleasure to see them every day. The staff in the office were always helpful and understanding when the hospital discharged dad without any notice. We knew we would never be left without carers.

Our dads time was coming to an end and we wanted him home in his house from hospital . [Hillingdon Hospital were great ] Home care was needed.4319 fountain care were arranged and best thing that could of happened the whole team were absolutely bang on went well above what they had to do really knew their job which we know is not easy . they always came never missed .and were genuinely upset when dads end came . not going to name separate people as they work as a team and are all brilliant . we visited their office a year later just to say we had not forgotten what they did for dad and us . Thank you from all of us …. Joe & all of the family .

My Father came out of hospital for end of life care and right from the very first visit all of the staff were friendly, caring, dedicated and fun. They helped make a very difficult time into a more positive experience for all of us. My father really enjoyed their visits and the staff quickly realised he was a shy man and therefore they treated him with the upmost respect and consideration. The team also looked after the whole family. The personal care my Father received was exceptional throughout. If the team were going to be late they always rang us to let us know so we did not worry. We cannot thank Kiki, Loma, Forget and all of the team enough. I and my family would highly recommend these amazing people to everyone.

4319 Fountain Care were excellent. The carers were kind, respectful and treated my father with dignity. Always on time & very caring. The care given gave the family comfort in my farhers final days. I would certainly recommend the company.
