Happy with shed made for me

Wanted a bespoke shed. Their guy in the shop seemed knowledgeable and offered good advise for my shed design. 2 weeks after order it was delivered and erected. Very happy. Would recommend.

I had a large delivery and they took it through to my garden as I am elderly and could not move it so I am very grateful to this company they took it around to the back garden through rear access.

Just a kerbside Delivery....

Not happy with the service from this company, ordered from them as their website states that they will get your delivery where you want it, except under 'exceptional Circumstances'.
"We offer more than a kerbside delivery. Our drivers are there to help you get our products to where you want them. Under exceptional circumstances this is not always possible"
BUT apparently living in a terrace house with no direct Garden access is an exceptional circumstance, so I now have a pile of fence panels in front of my house.
So if like me and at least 50% of ALL the houses in Essex you happen to live in a terrace home, do not be fooled into paying the £20 from here for shipping, order from one of the many other sites which have the same prices, free delivery and honestly state their delivery terms.
Contacted the company to complain, and was told that being in a terrace house was an exceptional circumstance, no offer of a refund for delivery and barely an apology.
