I was ready to give up on the vape device I had purchased from somewhere else, I wasnt enjoying it AND it was leaking.. I only took it in with me to make sure I didnt buy the SAME ONE AGAIN.
The staff understood my problem and instead of immediately guiding me to a NEW device, took the time to explain what may be causing my 'less than stellar' vape experience.
Knowledgable, with patience in abundance - I left with my original device and a greater understanding of how to make my vaping a pleasurable experience once more.
I dont think I could have been more impressed by the staff and service.
