At a time of bereavement!! Stress and tensions are high.. and you can not think straight. You want everything perfect for a loved one!!, you promised to do your best in their final hours of need.. you want understanding and knowledge, someone professional and sympathetic.. with empathy.. I got all of this and more!! Highly recommend I got shown a picture of what I wanted, and I got not just a picture but far more... thankyou Four Seasons.. 👍❤...

Old Stock ??

Ordered flowers for an anniversary gift from this florist and have always had friendly reliable service - until last weekend when I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an anniversary.
BUT, most were dying within 2 days
The lady they were given to always has a nice display of fresh flowers in her lounge or dining room, so know full well how to treat flowers.
I took them back to the shop but was met with a complete stone wall attitude from the woman behind the counter -"You must have had them by a fire, or in the sun and were they cut?" Her attitude and manner was bordering on rude - I assured her that the recipient of the flowers had treated them correctly, but the shop assistant wouldn't listen let alone offer to refund/replace the flowers.
The recipient of the flowers then came into the shop and was met in the same rude manner and after insistence from the lady customer the shop assistant begrudgingly gave her a few "fresh" lillies to replace some of the "old stock"
We won't use the shop again and no doubt as the news spreads, neither will other people
How sad that a bad attitude and manners can affect a once good business
