Currently waiting to hear if 4lesscarpetcleaaning is willing to claim on his insurance (so far he has said no) or is willing to pay for a new sofa he ruined by a horrific cleaning job that bleached colour and left stains, or asking for for details so we can pursue him through the courts. Last text from him “please do not message me again”
