Repair of garage door as it should be

Richard was very friendly. Arrived on time and explained and showed me everything that needed to be repaired to get my garage door working correctly and didn't upsell. I sent a few photos to him before the job and was booked in within a couple of days of my enquiry to suit my schedule. Repair was completed promptly and efficiently and was a reasonable price and cheaper than most other quotes. I didn't know exactly what was needed to get the door working so there were a few parts that needed to be replaced that I didn't tell him before but was very little extra cost. Would recommend.

Richard and co were excellent, very friendly and did a great job fixing my garage door. He also gave me some great advice for further maintenance and improvements to help keep the door working into the future.

Contacted Richard on a Sunday as garage door out of line & unable to close properly, Richard asked if I could send photos, he was able to identify the problem & gave me a price, worse case scenario, offered to fix it same day, he duly arrived, accompanied by his Jack Russell, looked at the problem & said the cost would be less than quoted as didn't need to replace the wires, he was able to fix it there & then.
Really nice guy & knows his stuff, garage door working better than it ever has, thoroughly recommend, thank you again Richard for your excellent service.
