5The course was the best I have ever attended, and as I need to ensure I have this qualification renewed every 3 years I have used a lot of different providers over the last 40 years.
The instructor for my course (Eric) was extremely knowledgeable in his field. I could tell a lot of the course was being presented from first hand experience, and not just what was written in the handbook.
Eric made the course fun and pragmatic, and I felt over the 3 days that the course ran I found I had learnt more than any other instructor had ever taught me.
Do I recommend this course and provider, yes I do, and I have already booked myself in for my renewal in 3 years time.
