Rod initially and then Jordon were brilliant. Arrived on time did an excellent job - couldn’t fault in any way. Will definitely be using them again.

Poor attitude, poor workmanship

Replaced a bathroom for me and did a great job, however, asked them to do another bathroom refit and was a total nightmare! Was supposed to take 2-3 days but 5 weeks later was still unfinished. Failed to turn up when promised and didn’t respond to messages . The finish was dreadful, had to get them back. The new toilet flush button was broken but refused to acknowledge this and I was told I was “obsessed” by it, had to get someone else to fix. Seriously bad attitude towards me as a customer. Also kept sending invoices for payment when the job hadn’t even been finished. 0 out of 10

poor communication

the job itself was ok but the owner and its staff don't communicate and change what was agreed without notice and communication.
they left mess and damage the floor.
and when questioned on mistakes, the owner makes up lies instead of recognising the mistakes.
advise: stay away unless to want to watch over them all the time they work.

There is no boss within our company we are of equal and treat our customers the same, we do not lie, are intentions are good and in the interest of our clients and changes are undertaken however as in your case we listened to what you required and delivered a swift responce. All work you requested has been completed. Sometimes due to regulation and requirements changes have to be made. In regards to property conditions there was a lot of other works being undertaken at the time not only by us but also other trades and yourself, we feel we did our upmost to keep in with the condition around us. If you feel that the work was not completed as requested please feel free to contact us directly we will be only to happy to assist.

Legacy back boiler to new combi

3Heat removed my ancient Baxi back boiler and replaced and upgraded my system to a new Vaillant combi boiler, completely replacing my existing gas supply (at my request). From the initial quote through to during and after the works, Jordon and James were always prompt, courteous, and respectful. Jordon taking the time with me during the quotation visit to understand my needs and fears, and his on-the-fly proposed solutions made the selection of 3Heat a foregone conclusion: the competitive quote reinforced that. Very happy with the new system. 3Heat will certainly be getting the annual service work too.

Lovely family business

I was lucky enough to be recommended to this company early 2022 for boiler issues. Always impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness displayed by Rod.

When my home plumbing system developed a major problem later in the year; both Jordon and Nik worked tirelessly for seven solid hours to restore my water system. They both went above and beyond any expectations to fix the problem.

Brilliant team with a great set of skills, lovely family business and great people to deal with. I can't praise them enough.
