This company had good online reviews, which was the reason we chose them, but unfortunately in our case, we have had a very poor experience. The hard drive on our CCTV system has failed 3 times within one year and each time, it has taken numerous phone calls and emails, (with many broken promises along the way) to attend and resolve. This last time, we have had no response at all. Customer service and communication is certainly not a priority - nor the quality and reliability of hardware installed. This has left us feeling we have no option other than to take 3h CCTV to court, in order to try and obtain redress. We do not post complaints online generally , but don't wish anyone else to be left in the same position.
