When we thought about ordering a new kitchen we were really worried about this supposedly complicated process, but Katherine and Judith at House and Haven made this project very smooth and stressless.
We were listened to and given lot's of advice about various choices they offer that we even didn't know about.
Overall we are extremely happy, we would recommend and are recommending this place to everyone.

We all make mistakes but the arrogance and the lies from this company is a reflection of their customer service. Over 4 months and 3 separate kitchens, ruined kitchen floor by their fitter we were finally told after asking for an apology they “had fulfilled their legal obligation” and owed us nothing and they disagreed with our view of the service we received from them. I am sure some people have got what they wanted from house and haven but the true measure of any company is how they react when things go wrong. This went wrong and at all levels especially their CEO they were rubbish.

We purchased a kitchen from House and Haven and had a delivery date of 14th December, parts were missing, every door was damaged as the paint was peeling off, we raised concerns regarding the quality. The kitchen fitter scratched a brand new floor with his tools, a cupboard was bodged with an edging tape as the machine had broken?! No one returns calls and no one would take ownership that the paint was peeling from the doors, the manufacturer tested the door and said was fine, an unannounced sales rep arrived and said the kitchen was fine! In March they finally accepted that there was a fault and ordered a third kitchen and we waited another 5 weeks for that to arrive. Nearly 5 months it has taken to complete our kitchen and there has been no apology just an arrogance from the staff that are running the place. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Not sure where to start. We visited the showroom and staff were too busy to help. We briefly spoke to Abbie and emailed her our plans for the kitchen and went over what we wanted. She said she would get back to us by the end of the day and 6 days later no communication. After sending an email she hasn’t bothered to reply. I then emailed the front desk lady Stephanie and haven’t heard back from her either. All seems very unprofessional!

Brilliant. Absolutely over the moon with the quality of the kitchen . Great design with an understanding adviser. Totally professional. Installed 4 years ago.still looks brand new.
